About 100 Women in Hedge Funds
100
Women in Hedge Funds is a global association of more than 10,000 professional
women. Through the volunteer efforts led by our members, we make a difference
in our industry and community with unique educational programming, professional
leverage initiatives and philanthropy.
100 Women in Hedge Funds was established in 2001 and incorporated in the US
as 100 Women in Hedge Funds Foundation and 100 Women in Hedge Funds Association,
Inc. in July 2003. Activities under the Foundation include our educational
programming and philanthropic endeavors. Activities
under the Association include our professional
leverage initiatives.

been held under the 100 Women in Hedge Funds' umbrella. As always, we are grateful
to the individuals and organizations - speakers, hosts, donors, volunteer members
- that have made it all possible.
A volunteer Board of Directors and Executive
Committee, made up of professional women in the industry, manage the day
to day activities of the Foundation and Association. Activities are coordinated
through an Executive Director.
In December, 2006, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Ltd. was incorporated in London with
a separate volunteer Board of Directors and Executive Committee based in London.
There is currently no charge for membership of 100 Women in Hedge Funds. However,
we still rely on contributions from Angels
and corporate hosting of events to underwrite the operating costs of the organization.
If you are interested in making a personal or corporate donation to 100 Women
in Hedge Funds please contact the
Executive Director for more details. While all 100 Women in Hedge Funds'
members are women, men in the industry have made large contributions to the
success of 100 Women in Hedge Funds as speakers, donors and advisors.
