Beneficiary Selection Process

Women's and Family Health | Mentoring | Education

Currently, one or two charitable organizations in the areas of women's and family health, mentoring or education is selected by the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Board of Directors as a philanthropic beneficiary annually in the US, UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Italy and Cayman. The Philanthropy Committee in each country helps screen charities based on the organization's mission and criteria set by 100 Women in Hedge Funds, and the selection rotates among the three sectors.

100 Women in Hedge Funds will focus global fundraising efforts on education in 2015; mentoring in 2016; women's and family health in 2017. Instructions regarding beneficiary applications and criteria will be posted on the 100WHF website in the Autumn prior to the year in consideration. All net proceeds from the Galas and other fundraising events are directed exclusively to the selected beneficiary. Our criteria are very focused and unfortunately we do not accept applications for grants outside our normal beneficiary selection process.
