Amanda Pullinger

100 Women in Hedge Funds Executive Director
Amanda founded Pullinger Management in 2006 to provide strategic management primarily to not for profit organizations. Specific areas of expertise include developing and managing volunteer resources, event planning, corporate fundraising and developing tools to create a sustainable organizational infrastructure.

She currently consults as Executive Director of 100 Women in Hedge Funds (100WHF), a global association of more than 10,000 professional women in the alternative investment space. 100WHF has hosted close to 400 education events globally, connected over 250 senior women through Peer Advisory Groups and raised more than $28 million for philanthropic causes. Amanda also consulted to the American Red Cross of Greater New York, where she co-founded and managed the Centennial Circle, a women’s leadership group focused on building support and necessary funds for preparedness training and volunteering in at- risk neighborhoods in New York. She also worked with Brasenose College, Oxford University on their 500th Anniversary celebrations and ongoing alumni initiatives.

Previously, Amanda was a Partner for 7 years at Aquamarine Capital, responsible for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds.

Amanda serves on the Boards of SkillForce (www.skillforce.org), the Oxford Alumni Association of New York, and the Daughters of the British Empire in the USA. She was previously on the Board of Girls Prep, the NYU Cancer Institute and Chair of the Board of 100WHF before becoming Executive Director. She is a member of BAFTA New York and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Amanda graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University in 1987 with an Honours Degree in Modern History. She earned an MBA from La Salle University, Philadelphia, in 1998, and received the Academic Award for MBA student of the year as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma designation.
