Biography

Colleen Baldwin
President, Glantuam Partners, LLC
Mrs. Baldwin is currently President of Glantuam Partners, LLC., a private consulting entity focused predominantly on the asset management industry. Mrs. Baldwin is currently an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the ING Mutual Funds Group. She is Chairperson of the Governance Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Investment Review Committee. ING Funds are one of the most diverse Mutual Fund Boards in the US, with assets under management of approximately $100bn with over 175 products.

Mrs. Baldwin was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Ivy Asset Management Corp., a $15bn Hedge Funds group based in New York. Mrs. Baldwin was responsible for all global infrastructure management along with responsibility for Ivy's $3bn Structured Products group. During her tenure, Ivy grew from $6bn in assets under management, to over $15bn in assets by 2005. Prior to Ivy, Mrs. Baldwin was Chief Operating Officer of AIG Global Investment Group, where she managed Global Marketing, Sales and Product development, as well as all business infrastructure groups worldwide. During her tenure, AIG Global Investment Group grew from $60bn in assets under management to over $250bn in assets in 2002. Prior to AIGGIG, Mrs. Baldwin was a Senior Managing Director at JPMorgan with management responsibilities in the Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Derivatives support, Strategic planning and Technology groups. Prior to her tenure at JPMorgan, Mrs. Baldwin worked at Mobil Oil Corp. in their Corporate Strategic Planning group, and she began her career in 1981 at AT&T Communications/Bell Laboratories as a systems analyst and designer.

Mrs. Baldwin graduated from Fordham University in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Pubic Accounting and Quantitative Research. She received an MBA from Pace University in 1985 in Finance and Computer Science. She is a founding member of Women in Hedge Funds, and has been a featured speaker in several Women on Wall Street conferences.
