Dana Hall has 28 years of experience working in the financial services sector. She was most recently a senior vice president in the D. E. Shaw group's investor relations unit. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2005, Ms. Hall was a managing director at Lighthouse Partners, L.L.C., a fund of funds management firm she co-founded in 1999. Before that, she was a senior vice president at Delaware Investments from March 1996 to November 1998. From March 1995 to March 1996, Ms. Hall was the director of product development at Zurich Investments, a quantitative fixed income insurance investment manager located in Bermuda. From 1990 to 1994, Ms. Hall was an investment management consultant and prior to that worked in institutional international investment management at both J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Julius Baer Asset Management. Ms. Hall is a co-founder of 100 Women in Hedge Funds, an organization created to advance the interests of hedge fund investors and practitioners. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Constitution Center, a member of the Financial Analysts Seminar Board of Regents for the CFA Institute, and a recipient of the National Council on Research's Women Who Make a Difference Award. Ms. Hall graduated from Smith College in 1984 with a degree in government.
