Biography
Elise Rosenberg
Elise Rosenberg was recently Director of Equities & Indices Sales at Markit, a financial information services company, and previously their Head of Account Management for North America where she managed a team covering key buy-side and sell-side accounts across their full suite of investor solutions. Elise was also the Chair of Markit's NYC Charity Committee. Elise was Senior Managing Director of Structured Equity Products at Bear Stearns, specializing in derivative solutions for hedge funds and other institutional investors across asset classes, and joined J.P. Morgan with the merger. Prior to Bear Stearns, she earned her M.B.A. at New York University's Stern School of Business and worked at Lord, Abbett & Co., an investment management firm, as a liaison for the portfolio management team for separately managed accounts.
Elise earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. She has served on the Cornell Board of Trustees and its Investment Committee, the Board of Directors of the Cornell Club of New York and is currently on the President's Council of Cornell Women.
Elise lives in Manhattan. She is a Sustaining Angel of 100 Women in Hedge Funds and an active member of its philanthropy committee, organizing their top fundraising team for Susan G. Komen for Race for the Cure for many years. Elise recently joined the Board of Directors of Reading Partners New York.
