Sheree Ebanks
Sheree Ebanks has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on asset management, fiduciary services, banking, insurance, alternative investments, governance and regulatory issues and demonstrates this expertise in her commitment to excellence, efficiency, client service and strategic thinking.

As Executive Director and Head of Wealth Management at Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited Sheree oversaw the areas of trust and fiduciary services, asset management and fund administration. Sheree was a member of the bank's asset and liability and risk management committees. As leader of the asset management area, she was instrumental in the launch of two retail funds and streamlined dealing and settlement operations.

Sheree was a Director on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange Board for over ten years and was an active member of the listing committee. Sheree has participated in a Government-formed fiscal advisory group, advising Government on international regulatory and tax initiatives relating to IOSCO, OECD, IMF, FATF, CFATF, and Basle II. Sheree sat on the board of a local utility company as a Government-nominated board member and was appointed to the CFATF Steering Committee. In 2009 she was appointed by the Chief Immigration Officer to work with a task force on a proposal for streamlining immigration.

Sheree has an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and is a certified mediator in the Cayman Islands. She is a member of the CFA Society, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Cayman Islands Directors Association and is passionate about performing arts which she supports as Chairman of the Cayman Drama Society and as a committee member of the Cayman Arts Festival
