Terri Lecamp is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Melody Capital Partners. Prior to Melody, Terri was a Founding Partner and COO of Plainfield Asset Management, which launched in 2005 with $150 million and grew to $5.4 billion in 2008 before experiencing significant redemptions during the financial crisis. She was responsible for 100+ professionals in the areas of accounting, tax, treasury, legal, compliance, information technology, investor relations, human resources, portfolio monitoring, valuation and trading operations. Prior to Plainfield, Terri served as Staff Vice President of Corporate Development at ADP where she led M&A for the largest business unit, and made several strategic acquisitions and was a Vice President at Salomon Brothers Investment Banking division, focused on financial restructuring, M&A and debt/equity financings. Terri earned her BA in Business from University of Washington in 1983 and an MBA from Columbia University in 1987.
