100WHF Inaugural Milan Gala

100 Women in Hedge Funds held its inaugural Gala in Milan on 18 November 2014, during the week of Universal Children’s Day, to support Associazione CAF - Onlus (CAF) and its 35th anniversary year helping victims of child abuse and distressed families. More than EUR 70'000 were raised for CAF’s ‘Home Visiting’ project that focuses on child sexual abuse and mistreatment prevention.
Guest of Honour of the evening was the étoile Oriella Dorella. During the evening, Marco Riccomini, Christie's Italy expert in Old Masters, guided us through the Galleria degli Arazzi with frescoes by G.B. Tiepolo and we were entertained with live Classical Music/Opera by Artists of Milan's world famous Teatro alla Scala.
