* A no show fee will be made for members who register but do not/cannot attend.
If you rsvp for a wait list, you are not subject to the no-show fee unless promoted to the registered list.
For US events, the fee is $25, for UK, £20, for Swiss, 30 Sfr., for Paris, €20 and for Hong Kong, $200HKD.
