Mentoring

Our mission is to create an effective infrastructure through which our members can share experiences, wisdom, and visions with their peers in the industry and an effective platform for leveraging these insights.

The Mentoring Committee will:

• Create small Peer Advisory Councils that enable peers to leverage their experience and resources.
   
• Facilitate implementation of a robust Job Board for dissemination of career opportunities to 100 Women in Hedge Funds members.
   
• Create programs for emerging leaders as well as career development programs for 100 Women in Hedge Funds members.
