Next Generation

Next Generation is a subset of members who are junior (fewer than 7 years of experience) in their hedge fund careers. The "Next Generation Dialogue Initiative" caters to this demographic, providing an exclusive roundtable series to help junior women to develop and progress in their hedge fund careers. The Dialogue covers current issues, challenges, and decisions these young women will encounter along their paths, while enabling them to enhance their skills, tools, and market intelligence.

The group meets 4 to 6 times a year and hosts panel discussions as well as smaller, informal networking sessions.
